Hillary Rodham Clinton’s keynote address at the 2013 Women in Public Service Project Institute garnered a good deal of media attention for the College.

The speech was covered by all the major Philadelphia television networks. For an example of the coverage see this piece by WPVI (ABC):

Print media coverage included this front page article from The Philadelphia Inquirer, which also ran a feature the next week on the Institute delegates, and two Associated Press articles (one previewing her talk and one following) that  appeared in nearly 100 media outlets including The San Francisco ChronicleThe Denver Post, and The Seattle Post Intelligencer. Local print coverage included this article in the Main Line Times and other local newspapers.

Other “traditional” media to cover her appearance included KYW Newsradio:Clinton Speaks to Women Leaders at Bryn Mawr College

Online coverage included this Huffington Post blog post and another post by Hannah Smith ’14.

Perhaps the biggest “bump” of Clinton’s visit and the Institute came via social media, when the former secretary of state tweeted this photo from the Institute to her nearly 650,000 followers.
